She/her

I help people uncover what it is that makes life truly meaningful to them and begin walking in the direction of those values despite the curve balls that life brings us.

What if you could accept and allow yourself to feel what you feel, even if it’s negative? I believe that to be fully engaged in life requires contact with all emotions. With the support of a therapist, I walk alongside you to find ways to build greater psychological flexibility so that you can participate in your life the way that you want to.

I support clients with a wide variety of personal issues including anxiety/stress, life transitions, depression, trauma, suicide ideation, self-esteem, relational issues, and communication. I provide a warm, caring environment to explore the issues that are preventing you from walking in the direction of your chosen values.

Reaching out for help can often be the hardest part of our journey towards healing. Taking that step in courage can also be the most rewarding. I consider it a privilege and honor to be invited into your story now, as you seek transformative healing. If you are looking for counseling in Vancouver or elsewhere in Washington, I look forward to meeting you.
